A. Cancellation Policy
Introduction
Consumers have a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:
Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, acquired possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Darko Marjanovic, Geiselbergstraße 34-36/1b/13, 1110 Vienna, Austria, Tel.: 06607393945, E-mail: kontakt@marraken.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the enclosed model cancellation form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. For such reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You must only pay for any loss in value of the goods if that loss in value is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
General Information
1) Please avoid damaging and soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging together with all accessories and all packaging components. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage by using suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us carriage unpaid.
3) Please note that the above points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.
4) Please note that the goods may only be used to inspect their condition, properties, and functionality, as would be possible and customary in a retail store.
5) For textiles in particular:
Any use beyond mere fitting will result in a loss of value. This includes, in particular, everyday wear, signs of washing, soiling, or other indications of use.
6) Items that carry odors (e.g., perfume, smoke, or body odor) are considered used and can no longer be resold as new. In such cases, we reserve the right to claim an appropriate reduction in value.
7) We kindly ask that items be returned in their original condition, including all tags and stickers. Removing tags or protective stickers may also result in a loss of value if the goods can no longer be sold as new.
Return & Refund Policy (USA) 🇺🇸
This policy applies exclusively to orders within the United States.
As our products are made-to-order (print-on-demand) and produced specifically for each customer after purchase, the following conditions apply:
1. No Returns for Wrong Size or Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or exchanges if the wrong size or color was selected, or if the item does not meet personal expectations. Please review all product details and size charts carefully before placing your order.
2. Made-to-Order Production (No Inventory)
All items are produced only after an order is placed. Therefore, we cannot accept returns for non-defective items.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, has a production defect, or you received the wrong item, you are eligible for a replacement or a refund.
4. Claim Period
All claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
5. Proof Required
To process your claim, we require:

6. Resolution
If your claim is approved, you will receive:

A free replacement, or

A full refund
7. No Return Required
In most cases, you will not need to return the item. However, we reserve the right to request a return if necessary.
